Clemente Pinedo is a Medical graduate of the Autonoma University of Madrid and holds an MBA degree from IESE Business School in Barcelona. He started his career at Sanitas (insurance company of BUPA group) and he held various managerial positions, being general manager of a Sanitas’s hospital and Sanita’s day centers (14 centers around Spain). Then, he joint Credit Suisse First Boston in London, and worked in the Investment Banking Healthcare Group.
In the year 2000, he started his entrepreneurial life, and set up and raised money for a software company based in London to enhance the supply chain. In 2004, he moved to Greece and started in Real Estate with Resde SA (land development, and commercial development) and Resde-DPM (Project Management Company), and in 2010 he started Elastic Rights Hellas (marketing and commercial platform specialized in the integrated management (TV, home video, merchandising and licensing…) of multimedia brands and content (animation and live action), geared towards children, youth and family audiences).
Clemente Pinedo is also Board Member in Quest Energy (Renewable Energy Company) and in Trieris Real Estate Fund (Real Estate Fund managed by Piraeus Bank)
Energy General Director at Rokas Renewables
Thanassis Tsantilas is a Mechanical Engineer and holds an MBA degree from Henley University of Reading. He joined Rokas Renewables Group in 1989 and having held various management positions he is exceptionally experienced in Energy and Electromechanical activities and projects. On 2006 he became the Energy General Director while he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Group’s Parent Company and the Chairman of all subsidiaries of the Group's Energy Division. In his role as Energy General Director he is coordinating development, construction and operation of RES plants. Mr. Tsantilas is also Deputy Chairman of the Hellenic Electricity Association (H.EL.AS.), the Hellenic Association of Renewable Energy Producers (HE.A.R.E.P) and the recently established Spanish Hellenic Chamber of Commerce in Athens, while he has participated as a consultant/ member/ expert in numerous Committees formed by Public Authorities regarding Energy.
Leonidas C. Georgopoulos is one of the founders and a named Senior Partner of KGDI Law Firm. He started his career as an expert in shipping finance and corporate law, managing his own law firm. His firm was merged with Kyriakides Law Firm in 1979. In 1999 Kyriakides Georgopoulos Law Firm was created.
He has since been involved in advising local & international clients in all fields of business and he has participated in some of the largest scale international mergers and acquisitions. He has also been in the listing of Greek companies in foreign major stock exchanges.
Mr Georgopoulos participates in Charitable Institutions and Foundations.
«Miriam Rodriguez-Ruiz is an Industrial Engineer with studies at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Miriam lives in Greece since 1997 and is a member of the Greek Technical Chamber since 1999. She works in the Energy Sector since 1997 and having worked for CRES (Centre of Renewables Energy Sources), for NTUA (National Technical University of Athens) and for other companies in the private sector. In 1999 she joined Gamesa Group as Business Director and in 2000 constituted the company Gamesa Energy in Greece. In 2007 Miriam became Wind Business Development Director in Rokas Renewables, an Iberdrola company. She is a member of the Hellenic Wind Association since 2000 and an active Board member since 2007. Since 2010 she has been involved in the foundation of the Spanish-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and since 2011 she is an active member of its Board. Miriam is Spanish and mother of three children.»
Mr. Petrides started his business career in 1984 with the Procter and Gamble Company, moving through a number of Marketing and Sales positions in the Arabian Gulf and the US. He joined PepsiCo in 1987 and spent his first 5 years in a series of Marketing and Franchise management positions with the Company’s International Beverage division in Greece and the Middle East.
In 1993, Mr. Petrides was named President and General Manager of PepsiCo’s Frito-Lay operation covering Greece, Cyprus and the Balkan countries. In 1995, he assumed the position of President and Business Unit General Manager of PepsiCo Spain. Mr. Petrides was one of the Founders of the Pepsi Bottling Group, PepsiCo's anchor bottler, which was launched through an IPO in NYSE in 1999. Shortly after the IPO, Mr. Petrides assumed the position of President for Europe , a position he held until 2010.
Mr. Petrides also serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Campofrio Food Group, Europe’s leader in the processed Meat Industry. Additionally, he serves as a Director on the Boards of Puig (global player in fashion and perfumes), Panrico ( Iberian leader in sweet pastry) and Wind ( Greece telecommunications player). Separately, he served for 5 years on the Boards of EuroCypria ( Cyprus Airways) Airlines and for 9 years on Russia's FIAC (Foreign Investment Advisory Council reporting into Russia's Prime Minister).
He holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Economics from Cambridge University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. Mr. Petrides is a native of Cyprus.
José M. López was born in a small Mediterranean island called Palma de Mallorca. He started his business career in Spain in 1998 in Real Estate sector with the Appraisal Company Valtecnic S.A., and spent 5 years in Valtecnic's office in Mallorca. His job then was to coordinate and supervise the performance of the team responsible of the making of the valuation reports. In addition to that, he took care of maintaining and nurturing the collaboration with important customers, such as La Caixa, BBVA, UCI (BNP Paribas-Santander Group), Deutsche Bank, UCH, Citibank, Barclays Bank, Barclays Bank, etc.
In 2003 he founded Adriatica A.E. --VALTECNIC's Group Greek branch --and assumed the position of General Manager. Until current date, Jose's main responsibilities are to develop the business of Valtecnic in Greece and the Balkans. Moreover, in 2008, he founded Valtecnic S.P. z. o.o., the Polish counterpart of Valtecnic S.A.. He assumed the position of General Manager, extending Valtecnic's mission and philosophy to its Greek and Both companies have carried out together more than 18.000 reports of valuations of almost any kind of asset.
On November 2013, José obtained the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) accreditation, which is the highest recognition in the valuation field. Being a RICS acknowledged member implies to have high professional standards, deep technical knowledge as well as a high sense of responsibility and moral integrity.
He studied Administration and IT systems in IES Juniper Serra of Palma de Mallorca and he is also pursuing a Degree in Economics through the open university.
Evangelos Manoudakis is an Electronic Engineering graduate from Oxford Brookes University and holds an MBA degree from the IESE Business School in Barcelona.
He started his professional career in 1993 in Papoutsanis S.A. as an executive of the newly founded International Business Department of the Company.
In 1995, he joined the Retail Sector, which he has served consistently through various industries, across various corporate departments and levels of authority.
Hence, in 1995 Mr. Manoudakis joined Dia Hellas S.A. of Carrefour Group, as a Senior Supervisor of the Real Estate & Network Expansion Department. In 1998 he assumed the position of Franchise Network Director and in 2003 he was named Operations Director of the Company.
He assumed the position of Chief Operations Officer of Sephora Hellas S.A. of LVMH Group in 2006 and the position of General Manager of Charagionis Group of Companies in 2008.
Since September 2012, he is an independent consultant for Retail Operations and International Trade while holding the position of Advisor to the Board of Directors of Charagionis Group of Companies and N.I. Minoglou S.A.
Mr. Manoudakis is a member of the Board of the Spanish Hellenic Chamber of Commerce in Athens, a member of the Hellenic Association of Chief Executive Officers, and Internal Auditor of the Hellenic Retail Business Association.
Mr. Manoudakis is a member of the World Scouting Movement since 1979 and participates in various Community Service Institutions.
